   Gave new life to the grill as the original firebox that came with the grill rusted through. Expecting to get a few more years out of the original grill as the outside has very little wear. Well worth chatting with the Char-Broil rep for a few minutes to get the right replacement part.

   Did not fit our application was too narrow and too short and too deep. It is sold as a factory replacement for the part number required by our grill.

   Quick easy refund though so no issues. It does not measure to the specs listed in the information.

   This is great way to keep an old grill usable. The old firebox had holes in it which impaired the cooking function; but the rest of the grill was fine. I was happy to spend the money to be able to keep using this great grill.

   This was supposed to be an exact replacement (my 3rd trough). However, the studs on the new trough, that fit into the grill, are 3/8″ dia.; the openings on my grill were only 5/16″. I had to drill out the openings to 3/8″ and then take a round file to the new holes for a final fit!
