   The quality is there, no question. Delivered in 3 days. But the best of the best is that it fits the electric Weber Q 1400. This Weber is a very small grill just perfect for 1 or 2. If you’re just cooking chicken or burgers, you can still fit plenty on the grill. I was upset because none of my grill pans would fit on it with the lid closed. All three of these fit. The high square one is close, but the lid can still be closed. Now I just have to get used to grilling with electric! Good job, Yukon Glory. Thank you.

   I am on a “zero-waste” quest (sort of… its hard.. baby steps) and wanted to reduce my use of throw-away aluminum foil which I always have used to cook fish and veggies on the grill. There are only 2 of us and the grill is suitably small so I needed small grill pans. These little pans are sturdy and the perfect size for 2 servings of fish or a couple servings of vegetables. Make no mistake — these are NOT non-stick but I knew that going in. I sprayed the pans before grilling and tossed the veggies in olive oil. Perfect, no sticking, nice charring. I sprayed one of the other pans and laid the fish in it — no oil on the fish — and it stuck pretty badly. Next time I’ll brush a little oil on the fish itself. The rectangular pan instantly warped on the grill but straightened itself out upon cooling — an interesting thing! Cleaning — did not try them in the dishwasher but they would easily fit in there if I chose to. Not easy to clean with the little scrubbing pad included in the set. Brillo might work better. I expected the discoloration after grilling and got it. The sticky stuff from the non-stick spray did not come off though. The whole set sort of “nests” and since they are small, storing them is easy. All in all, this is a great solution for eliminating aluminum foil on the grill, the price was very good and I’d recommend the set for a couple or a small family.

   I haven’t used it yet, but the gauge of the stainless steel is sturdy and the rivets (often a future failure point) appear to be quite solid. I bought this set as an alternative to a very fine but much larger basket I use for grilling veggies. These smaller sizes will allow more room on the grill for other items, usually meat or perhaps large veggies. The round basket is 2″ tall and 9″ diameter not counting the handles. The square basket is 2.5″ tall and 8.5″ on side not including the handles. I don’t have a use for the shallow rectangular pan, but maybe you will. I checked with the manufacturer and they’re sold only as a kit, so you’ll get all 3 pieces regardless of where you buy it.

   We BBQ on our portable Weber propane grill since there are usually just two of us. These mini baskets are just the right size. I can include two or three chicken breasts or burgers while using one of the baskets for veggies. Sprayed with a little canola oil and my roasted brussel sprouts turned out great last night! It will be so much easier to cook all the smaller items that I continually lose through the standard grill! Anxious to try salmon on the flat on. So happy it’s stainless steel – so many out there are aluminum or non-stick, which we do not want near our food! I’m ready to buy more for gifts this year!

    I use these almost every time I grill. The flat one specifically for salmon, other fish and small pieces of meat. The round one is my favorite for when I grill chicken, ribs, etc. I just throw all the vegetables that I have into it and stir them while the meat is grilling. Just pour a little olive oil on them and sprinkle with your favorite spice and yum. The square one can be used the same way and I use that when I have a specific vegetable or meat that I don’t want to mix. These are my favorite grilling pieces.
