   This product’s title and description are misleading – this is not a reversible griddle, the kind that is used on a stovetop. This item is an electric countertop griddle with 2 interchangeable cast iron plates. Had the product description stated it this clearly, I probably wouldn’t have purchased, as we already have a countertop griddle. This being said, the item is a very good electric countertop grill. Easy to clean and maintain.

   Need help grease tray fall a part. Who or where do I get info on new grease tray? Might need more than one , it seems it can’t take the heat. All this said my wife loves it

   You have to try this…low energy consumption and great cooking, maybe “for dummies”. Real glass lid, and the whole unit is super easy to clean. I use it outdoors on the patio and have cooked almost everything with it. Even tried Chinese steamed veggies and …worked great. The neighbors are envious!

   I have been searching for quite a while to replace my indoor grill. I am glad that I found this one, this has everything that I wanted. I was looking for a bbq grill which can remove excess oil from the meat or bacon, and a frying pan for fried rice and vegies with sauce. This has two seperate pans for those two different purposes, not a reversable pan. Great product and I think it is the best one on the market. The temperature goes very high if it is on max, and the unit quality seems very good and durable. I am very happy with this product.

   I love having two different pans for grilling and then one for eggs, pancakes etc. I can make many things in these pans because they have some depth to them. I can put many veggies on the griddle/grill and move them around without them falling off the grill/griddle. If I use a sauce with the veggies I use the griddle because the grill of course has a hole where grease/ liquid can drain away and the depth of the griddle keeps the sauce/liquid in the griddle pan.
