This is a complete kit! The premade lefse mix made it easy for my wife to make it right away! The dough has to chill for about 8 hours, but she was able to make lefse right away, which was very fun for her. I am Norwegian, so I grew up with lefse, but I am only expert in eating it! I never made it! You will likely need a short extension cord, as the cord for this unit is very short. It’s worth the price. It’s highly quality and it is a complete set, so the price is reasonable for all that you get!
