I bought this to replace my 14″ x 16″ Camp Chef grill box. The original had no heat spreader left and the food grate was also falling apart. I figured might as well give this a try at $50 less than the brand name. The only downside is the base is not as tall so the lid hits the hits the detachable windscreen on the backside. It does stay open barely , but I’m afraid it could close on my hand. I will probably detach the windscreen, and/or modify it.
