Firstly, this item is well made, heavy, and cooks well. No complaints at all. My challenge is that virtually all the stove-top griddles out there are about this same size, designed to go over two burners on your gas stove. I thought this was the largest useful space I could find, but that may not be quite right in the end. This one includes a nice grease drip gutter on both sides… which is a good idea… except it robs you of about 1.75″ of the 10″ width. So, it feels narrow when cooking on. The handles similarly rob you of space… but every design has issues with this. I do like cooking on these in many ways better than using my cast iron pan. I’ve used this for skirt steak, smash burgers, and for chopped veggies so far. I just wish there was more surface area! Maybe I just need two of these side by side and then I can feel like a full-on short order cook! (anyone make a 20″ wide 4-burner version of this?)

Just the size I needed. I downsized my grill and needed to replace my griddle. This one is real cast iron and not a “coated” product. If you like real cast iron this is for you. Double check its dimensions for your application. Packaged very well. Love it.

It’s impressive. Cooked some delicious ribeyes indoors (-25C outdoors). They turned out really well. It’s a lot of iron, so takes some time to heat up. It’s also been great with bacon.
