    It is the easiest and most effective injector I have used to date. My only thing is to make sure to keep that nuts on the trigger tight as it can work loose with a lot of constant use. Still a minor thing when it comes to this product working and doing what it is supposed to. I really enjoy using this injector, easy to clean and keep in working order.

I was getting ready for a whole-hog roasting competition and decided it was time to get an injector that might hold up.     I was excited to have this injection for my meat however on my first use the need snapped in half. I didn’t even use much pressured. Then I was like ok, since there are other needles, I swapped it with stronger needle. In hindsight, the entire trigger felt off during triggering. Avoid if you can.

    One of the reasons was to utilize to marinate bologna inside. I pureed habanero peppers with olive oil. I coundn’t inject mixture to the bologna. Bummer!! However for pork, beef, chicken, and turkey I give it 4 stars with a deduction of 1 star for not useful with bologna.

    60 bucks – should be decent, right? NOPE. All metal parts are cheap non stainless, with cheap paint which quickly starts flaking off into your food and even into your strings chamber. Additionally, they have a beautiful design which loosens the screw holding the handle together with each pump, giving you the joy of having your spring loaded tool litterally blow up in your hands unexpectedly. This leads to a fun scavenger hunt with meat hands, to not only find the tiny spring clip somewhere in your food (not the big spring between the handles – that’d be too easy, there’s another tiny clip associated with the plunger mechanism) , but also a screwdriver to put it back together mid prep. Returning this thing so hard.

    This injector is designed for salting meat, but the metal simply breaks from salt water. I wash it, but it does not help, all the metal parts turn white and then break easilyYou also have to constantly tighten the bolt so that the dispenser doesn’t slide to the side. I don’t recommend it. For 8 pounds, the injector lasted longer!
