   The pan is flimsy and cheap but it still worked great for a fish fry I did. The burner is well built and heats up the oil quickly. Some friends I was with liked it and was going to buy one too.

   I am giving 3 stars because the pan and the baskets were all bent up. Not to sure what is going on with that but it makes for an uneven distro of oil. But I used anyway to late to reorder. But I definitely would like to get new baakets.

   The fryer arrived on time and in good condition. It takes about 30 minutes to heat up but once it’s ready to go it fries much faster than our electric kitchen counter top fryer. As long as you have ventilation to avoid fumes from the open propane flame and something to avoid things falling into the fryer you will be good to go! Just too bad it doesn’t have a lid or covering of some kind
