The griddle is a great cooking tool but a lot of heat is lost. This cover is a wonderful way to help you cooking things like chicken wings drums thighs on the griddle. recirculate the heat to get all ends of the meats cooking. The ability to add a smoke tube with this cover is pretty cool too. I’ve yet to try it out but soon!
