   My wife got me an XL Ninja Woodfire Pro. I love it, it is so easy to use, has an app with WiFi connectivity, with no connection issues. It is perfect for just the two of us. The griddle plate is a great addition. The flat surface allows you to cook in ways that you cannot on the ridged grill pan. Think smash burgers and steaks with perfect crusts, grilled fish, etc. Unlike a dedicated flat top like a Blackstone, you can also add a little smoke to your food. The non-stick surface is holding up well (but I always use a little Grilling Pam or beef tallow). Most grease drains into the grease pan and clean up is pretty easy.

   I have not used this as it just came . However, it’s pretty heavy and looks great to be able to use my grill now for hamburgers, chicken, onions peppers etc …eggs. Looks very strong and finish looks nice…

   This Flexes and Warps in High Grill Mode with the lid open. It did go back to its original shape. I’ll try it again. If this persists, I’ll return it and order the Ninja Brand. Other than this, it has performed well, however this was my first use. Now, I did heat it up in the oven to 200 degrees and allow it to cool, then repeated this at 250, 300, and 350 to break it in properly.

   I am very dissatisfied with this product! This product doesn’t fit my ninja OG951 woodfire pro. When the grill plate heats up, the griddle plate buckles. I can not completely close the lid. After the grill plate warms up, it somewhat goes back to its original shape, but that doesn’t usually happens until your food is completely cooked. This product disappointed me with its poor quality. 1 star, it shouldn’t get that! Return to sender!
