   Fits nice but no instructions. It took a couple tries to get it right figuring what bracket was left and right. Hinge system is a little crude but it works fine.

   I have a Blackstone 1863. The lift top was awkward to move on and off. I purchased this hinged lid for the temperature gauge and they said it fit my model. It did cover the griddle but “Fit” in this case is objective. It was about 2” too wide and had to get longer bolts for it to pivot on. I had to drill holes into the griddle for the brackets and improvise stops so the lid did not lean so far backwards. It took me about 2 hours to get this lid to function in an acceptable manner. I’m giving it one star because it is hinged it does cover the griddle and it has a temp gauge. I would not recommend it for a Blackstone griddle unless you’re capable and willing to do some fabrication.

   Please send the instruction booklet and it had scrapes on it. Not sure if we got something that was returned by someone else. Very disappointed.

   Simple install once you see it done. I only used the long screws. 2 in the handle and 2 for the pivot point. I added 2 washers to the pivot point screw, 1 inside and 1 outside to help it pivot nicely. Hopefully this helps.

   Fit my Blackstone perfectly. Installed easily. Comes with the screws and allen wrench. All you need is a philliphs screw driver for removing the shelf brackets to install the lid brackets. Works good.

   No instructions, the lid is supposed to be 36” it’s almost 38 and the handle only 1 side was pre drilled for the screws
