These tongs are so versatile and work very well with all types of grill foods. They grip well and support an entire hamburger. Can’t be more pleased with them. As far as cleaning them, all you need is a long bristle brush.

Wanted it for a flat head tong. It’s flat but cheaply made. Not sturdy. Don’t expect it to last a year. Unless you dishwash it’s not easy to clean. Too many channels stuff splashs into and hard to get to clean.
