   First use it warped. I followed instructions. Used low heat. I’m giving it two stars instead of one because BBQ Guys accepted my return and I didn’t have to drive it to Kohls.

   This appears to be very excellent construction just like all the blaze items. That said the first use out it warped and popped up in the middle of cooking slinging grease everywhere. This was on low heat and as directed. I think they need to refine the design and remove the reliefs in the side skirts as that seems to be what gave in and allowed the warpage.

   I removed the bottom plate as it tends to warp when it gets hot. Now works good

   I would pass on this griddle. Blaze ships the griddle with a glue layer between stainless steel and the plastic packaging that does not come off. Also as the griddle heats up it bows and wabbles on the grill, which makes it move every time you touch it to flip the food on the griddle. Look for other options
