お肉からパンまでとても美味しく焼けました。
網が湾曲しているタイプの為、ソーセージなどはカットして乗せた方が転がらなくて良いかなと思います。
初めての使用で、1ヶ所火割れによる亀裂が入ったので取り扱いに注意をしたいと思います。
火割れによる亀裂については注意書きに記載がありましたので見つけても安心できました。

七輪で魚の切り身や焼肉をやりました。使用した感じは普通の七輪です。焼けて網に肉がくっつくと網が一緒に動いてしまいます。個人的にはもう少し重めの網が良かったです。大きさは一人前用です。七輪は外で使いましょう。

Seems to have very low quality control during manufacture. The shichirin was packaged nicely, but once out of the box it was apparent that it was assembled crooked. The metal rack that holds the diatomaceous earth was either bent or stapled at an angle, possibly both. Thus, the grilling surface was not level. Didn’t even attempt to use it, just returned to outdoorcooking.us.com.
