   Expensive grill. Their ceramic radiant inserts fell apart. I used one of these to replace. It has worked for one year. I think it works better than the original. I will now replace the second one. Saved me 50% from the manufacturer overpriced replacements.

   It does cut down on flare ups but does not eliminate them totally.
   The grill is not as hot with this insert so food does not burn as quickly.
   I still have hot spots where food cooks faster so it does not seem to evenly dissipate heat.
