I think it would be much better if fuel pressure was higher and burner was a little bigger. Other than that the stand is sturdy and pot is big enough for 20 lb turkey. I will get a bigger burner a 30 psi regulator and then it will be perfect. FOR FIRST TIME TURKEY FRYERS, (PSA) before removing wrapping from turkey, put it in the pot and put water into the pot to gauge how much oil to fill pot with so you don’t burn your house down. I’ve always told everyone who has talked about wanting to fry their first turkey.
