   Everything you need for your outdoor cooking needs and all the tools to keep your griddle clean! The storage bag isn’t large enough for the lid is the only negative I could find. Highly recommend this kit.

   I purchased this to accompany a new flat top, and this kit has everything you need to get started. Each piece is well made, and I didn’t realize how many of the pieces I would end up needing while cooking on the flat top.

   The heft of the box initially suggested a bounty of high-quality grilling tools. Thankfully, that assumption was mostly correct, with a few caveats. The Good: Versatility: This kit boasts a wide variety of tools for various grilling needs. Sturdy Construction: The plastic handles feel surprisingly strong and built to last. Convenient Storage: The included “tool bag” neatly holds everything except the substantial “melting dome” (a welcome upgrade compared to the typically smaller size found in other kits). Spacious Dome: Speaking of the dome, it’s a good size, offering ample space for your grilling endeavors. The Bad: Safety Hazard: The single large knife arrived with its blade exposed, mingling with other metal objects in the box. This raises safety concerns. Dull Blade: Disappointingly, the knife itself is incredibly dull and needs sharpening before first use (explaining the lack of a protective cover, perhaps). Overall: If you’re a beginner griller starting from scratch, this is a fantastic purchase! Just be prepared to sharpen that knife before your first cookout.

   Upon opening this box the first thing I noticed is the weight of the box. It has some heft to it.
   I started pulling out items and really surprised about the amount of “stuff” that is really good quality in there. There are only a few items that are substandard so I will list them and reasoning, otherwise anything else is great quality (thickness, construction, etc.):
   The tongs – fail. Poor construction and quality. Lock mechanism is stiff and barely works. Thin material and I don’t know why plastic ends. Anyway, fail.
   The fork – I think it is made of a stamp from a real light gague stainless steel. It is so flimsy that I can twist it with little effort. Using it on a steak or something else and it might bend. Tossed.
   The grill cleaner – I think will fall apart in about a few minutes. Pad is light and flimsy and handle weak. Get a better one.
   Other than that all the other items are of a great quality and these few weak items don’t negate the great deal this kit is otherwise.

   This set is perfect! Has everything you need for the griddle and is very affordable compared to other brands with compared quality. Heavy duty and very nice utensils. I’m very pleased with this product. Easy to clean and keep clean because of the durable stainless steel construction.

   This kit has a really nice variety of items, and would make a great gift idea for that person who has everything. The quality of the items seems quite good, but my only reservation for giving it 4 stars vs 5 is with the knives that were included. These knives should have been shipped with full blade sleeves on them vs the small little covers that are only on the tips. And as much as I like the little tool bag that comes with the kit, and stores most of these accessories, putting the 2 large knives in there without any blade covers on them, well…that’s just an invitation for an accident. All in all its still a nice set, and it will be handy to have in our RV this summer.
