   When I opened this package I knew I had the motherlode of BBQ tools! All of these tools are top caliber and the tongs work well. The lifetime guarantee and this company having vets in its org drew me in. I have an Oklahoma Joe smoker, monster gas grill, and of course we all have a 22” Weber that keeps going. These tools handle it all and the length keeps your hands cool while the meat sizzles. When it gets warm, use the spatula and open some beers. Relax and enjoy your BBQ!

   I really like the heft of these grill tools. They’re well made and very good quality. Someone obviously cared enough to create a well-designed set of barbecue tools. I struggled of whether to subtract a star for the omission of a nice case for these — especially at $50 (which was the price when I ordered this set). I think that’s a small oversight that should be included in future sets. However, it wasn’t enough for me to remove a star for. Even at $50 I haven’t seen a better set of tools that I imagine will last a very long time. My only other concern is that they are metal all the way up including the top of the grip. Although they didn’t get super hot when I used these to cook steak and veggies on the grill, I didn’t leave them close to the heat for very long and in typical use, I don’t. These *might* get fairly hot if used continuously or if left to sit on the grill, though. Still, not a big enough issue (for me) to take away a star. Even without a carrying/storage case, these are a a really durable and high quality set that are worth the extra cost over the cheaper knock-offs that are out there. If you’re looking for a set that will last a lifetime, then you could do worse. I also like that they actually put some thought into the name and it’s not a set of consonants strung together to create a name like other “companies” that have names like “Yumrmki”. The fact that “Grill Sergeant” is a nice pun means that the designers understand English and also have a good grasp of marketing, which gives me a bit more confidence in the product itself. Not that “Yumrmki” would *necessarily* be a lower quality product, but I’d pick “Grill Sergeant” over “Yumrmki” from the name alone all else being equal. BTW, “Yumrmki” isn’t an actual company or brand, afaik. I just made it up to illustrate a point. If you’ve done enough shopping online, you know what I mean about the random strings of letters. 😉 Overall, these were hard to rate. I nearly removed a star due to the lack of a case (and I now have to find a suitable and equally durable case). But in the end, I gave this set the five-star rating that I believe it deserves because of the superb quality. Oh and the lifetime guarantee is a great thing.

   First off, these are solid, beefy and built well. I keep these hung next to my grill outdoors in Phoenix and they have had no issues minus some breakdown of the rubber on the tongs which is expected in that setting. I reached out to them and they mailed a new set next day. Solid service and a solid product. I won’t hesitate to gift these for the next appropriate occasion because they put make other grill tools feel like toys.

   I purchased these for my husband in 4/2021. The rivet that held the tongs together broke 8/2021. But the company replaced it after I messaged them on Facebook about it, the process was effortless, and the replacement came quickly.

   They are of a good quality metal. Their 18 inch length help me reach the back of the grill without risk of burning a hand. The tongs work fine and the curved teeth grip well. The spacula has a nice tapered end to lift meat off the grates. I would highly recommend this product

The quality is awesome. They feel nice and sturdy and look great. I like that they have a loop for hanging. The basting brush comes with extra replacement heads. This is not your average set of tools for the BBQ, they definitely are top quality and high end. These are going to last, so I’m sure I’ll never need to use the lifetime guarantee, but good to have! It’s refreshing to see a listing where everything seems to be spelled right and it all makes sense! There’s even some humor thrown in there. The brand name “Grill Sergeant” is a great play on words! It’s actually relevant to the product instead of just being (as another reviewer pointed out) a bunch of random letters thrown together that don’t even actually spell a real word… To me often times a brand name like that and a listing with lots of misspellings and confused sentences is a good indicator that the seller and/or manufacturer don’t really know their product or their target audience. I recently got a kitchen gadget that has a super crazy brand name in a prominent spot where you can’t miss it, and it’s annoying. I’m going to pay more attention to that in the future. All that to say that I can appreciate the brand name of these tools! And they obviously know their stuff!

   Very impressed with this set! Very thick. When the manufacture puts a built in bottle opener on the spatula AND has a lifetime warranty then you know you’ll never have an issue from this set. It’s truly the last set you’ll buy….unless your neighbor gets jealous and steals them & you have to buy another one….
   Also, what a better way to show your support those in the armed forces!!
