   This was a Christmas gift. The receiver was so disappointed since the inside of the case was completely falling apart. Very poorly made. For the price and the brand name, I expected a quality product which this clearly isn’t. Returned for a refund.

   EDIT: Seller contacted me and offered to replace product. Item arrived in good condition ad was not damaged like the first item. Thank you for your prompt resolution. I appreciate you wanting to make this right.

   We were looking for a grill set that had everything we would possibly need (for a grilling day outside or at a park). After a lot of research on grill sets available on outdoorcooking.us.com, this one seemed to be the best. The “heaviest” set, durable and of good quality. We read reviews on other grill set products about them rusting, and we believe and hope that we won’t have the same problem with this set. However, only time will tell. I do think we won’t have any problems, it looks durable and we intent to take good care of it! Another wonderful thing about this grill set is that the company that makes and sells it, have great customer service and they are willing to do anything to help! The first set I bought came defective, so they replaced it with a new one! And we have already used it and grilled burgers at the park near us. We had an awesome time, and we really enjoy our new grill set! We totally recommend it!

   I read all of the negative and neutral reviews but tried this regardless and I am glad I did. No damage to the case, all items fit perfectly inside, no damage to any of the utensils, all of the elastic straps are perfect, there is a printed warning on the long skewers handles to keep them away from direct flame (this may be new). I have different style metal brushes to clean grill so the included item is not important to me. I would bet if you heated grill on high and shut off the burners then used the included cleaning utensil it would be ok. Overall A+ kit. Very happy.

   I like the overall look of the items, I used so of the utensils and they got rusty, what can you do to rectify this problem. I hope all the other pieces will be ok.

   The set looks nice but had a few issues that are not ideal. 1. The case is slightly too small so the spatula does fit without stretching out the interior of the case. 2. The velcro straps are not firmly attached and feel as if they will detach with just a small amount of use. 3. First time using the skewers they fell apart on the grill and the glue/adhesive started to melt. Had pieces fall through the grill to the drip pan while the grill was running. I tried to reach out to the customer service link but the website is very lacking with little to no contact info. I would recommend against this brand and would have though the quality would be a little higher for the $59.99 price tag

   This was a gift for my husband and as soon as he lifted the case up from the handle it broke! I specifically bought it with the case so his grilling tools would store easy and would be easy to carry around but how could they have made the handle so flimsy??! The tools inside are nice, but I could have bought all these separately and it would have cost me less, than to receive all of this at over $55 with a broken case handle!
