   Lamson makes great kitchen tools and this BBQ tong is no exception. It arrived on time and looks great. Minus one star in rating only because product was very poorly packed and the box was crushed. The tongs survived, thankfully. Seller really ought to take more care in packing…the tongs ripped up the plastic bag they were packed in because there was basically no padding in the box.

   I was so excited to get a high quality barbecue product. But these tongs are poorly designed. I am a reasonably fit man and a weight lifter. These tongs require a huge amount of grip force. Not that I’m not against an extra workout here and there, but when I’m trying to pick up some delicate chicken strips, and I’m drinking a beer and relaxing, I don’t want to be dropping them all over the place just because I relaxed my extremely flexed grip for a moment. If you are a 25 year old football player, these are for you.
