   This turner comes from a company known for high quality products so my expectations were high. My expectations were exceeded when it came because the balance is right on, the durability is obvious, and the large size is exactly what I wanted. I immediately fired up my grill and it out performed any spatula in my arsenal by a mile. It’s stiff enough to press on food without a wimpy noodle feel. It’s a quality product that has a comfortable handle and is long enough to keep my hand out of the flames.

   Excellent quality turn. I ordered this to go with my 15” Lamson tailgater tongs. I didn’t want the 20” long tongs as I felt they would be kind of cumbersome to use. 15” seems perfect to me so I mixed and matched my grill set to my needs.

   That said this turner is top quality. I have 2 grills; a Weber Smokey joe, and a Weber 22.5 kettle. I first purchased the 4 piece Lamson tailgater set to go with my Smokey joe. When I received them I knew I was going to have to replace my made in China tools for my big grill with tools from Lamson. The quality is phenomenal! These will likely last me the rest of my life. They may seem a bit pricey but imagine how much you will spend buying new tools every 5-10 years. I had rather spend a little more and have something quality for the rest of my life. It gives me great pleasure every time I grill when I’m using such fine tools to do my work. It’s the little things like that in life that make it more enjoyable. Your mileage may vary, but as for me, I’ll buy quality American made every time!
