Got this as a wedding gift. Seemed really nice at first…..spatula (flapjack turner) extremely small, tongs are very awkward to use and fork is ok. After trying other sets this is like throwing away money. I was all about it at first but there are so many other great values out there I would never spend the money personally.

Tools seem well made overall, though the finishing is a bit rough at the edges of the stampings, and there is some wood tearout around the rivets- nothing that affects function in any way, but a bit surprising for a premium product. However, the provided carry bag is totally useless. The elastic loops are way too narrow to comfortably insert the tools, and mine arrived with one of the closure snaps already separated from the canvas. It doesn’t seem like the bag was designed to hold these tools at all. Glad to have a smaller set of BBQ tools and support North American manufacturing, but there’s some room for improvement here.

I bought this set directly from Lamson’s website. The quality of these tools is far above anything you will find at a big box store. The knife is razor sharp and the walnut handles and brass rivets make this a gorgeous grill set that everyone will love. Made the perfect addition to my copper colored Weber kettle. I refused to settle for something that wasn’t made in USA. Glad I spent a little more and got these. They are top of the line made in USA goodness 🙂
