- Durable, rust resistant 304 Stainless Steel Construction ensures a long life without the need for continual seasoning or special consideration for coatings such as chrome or nickel plating seen on lower quality plated steel rotisserie spit rod forks. Due to the rugged corrosion resistant nature of 304 grade stainless steel these forks can be cleaned with standard household dishwashing detergent as well as stiff bristled bushes and soaking when needed for removal of baked on remnants.
- Heavy machined solid hub with crush staked fork tines ensures superior performance and longevity over lower quality sheet metal hubs and tack welded tines.
- Smooth tapered prongs provide easy insertion and removal from food. Durable oversized thumb screw tightening allows for fitment to various spit rod sizes and diameters as listed.

You must get these for the 5/8″ spit rod they make. I purchased these with my spit rod and they work excellent so far. The “thumb screws” are a good size to actually be able to clamp them down to the spit rod. Appear to be very well made and work well so far.
