I’ve used this five times now, on a Weber two burner Spirit grill with a Charbroil rotisserie that required some creativity to make it fit the Weber. Adding this basket complicated things further. There was a learning curve with patience required to find the fit where it could freely rotate. The lid on my grill has to remain open with about a six inch gap at the front, but it still cooks well, I easily get it to 325 degrees with the two burners on less than medium. Chicken wings are fantastic on this and boy, does it make a mess on the trays. After the first cook I put it in my dishwash, trays on the lower rack and used the heavy duty wash cycle. Everything came out spotless, making me very happy. This device actually has me looking at upgrading my grill to one with a built in rotisserie – if – I can figure out if it will fit and work better on what I purchase before pulling the trigger on it.
Edit: I did end up purchasing a new grill. A Napoleon Prestige 500 with Rotisserie and IR burner for it. It works great! I can cook with the lid fully shut, it rotates freely and doesn’t require me to remove the cooking grids. The awesomeness of this has now gone up tenfold. The attached video is of it on the new grill, not the old one.

Well built accessory for your rotisserie on the grill. Throw a bunch of chicken wings in the baskets, balanced of course, and let it go on the rotisserie. Less chance of burning the wings, and more time spent with a beverage in hand instead of tongs, lol.

I’ve used this 6 times since I’ve bought it. 4 times without any issues. However twice now I’ve gone to check on the cook only to find 1 or more trays have come off and the meat is sitting in the coals. As always, I made sure everything was in good order, Ballanced and the trays were seated correctly. Great way to ruin supper do not buy it’s a gamble.
