   This is the best thing I have ever bought on outdoorcooking.us.com! I have a wide open fireplace so when ready to cook I put the burning logs to either side and cook over the coals.

   The three tiers allow for a lot of heat flexibility, as well as being able to move the grill backwards and forwards as necessary.

   It has been in the fireplace without having been moved for around 30 fires now without any apparent degradation. A friend bought a cheaper one that eventually bent and became unusable, so I was wary of this and hence bought this heavy steel version.

   Very satisfied customer.

   Gave new life to our cooking station.. It’s solid, it’s beautifully crafted, and it was the exact dimensions we needed. Bought it for its size alone. We opted to put a little wood stain on the handles not necessary.

   Works fine, but a really simple design flaw prevents easy storage. There is no place to keep the wing unit bolts. Had they drilled another hole in the collapsed position this would have made storage much easier.

   Using with a small brasero on a dutch oven with firebricks. Works brilliantly as an Argentine grill. Contacted customer service when the grill was on backorder and they took the time to talk to me instead of summarily dismissing me. Their advice, that it would be back in stock by April, was spot on.    Fits our patio fireplace perfectly. Solid material and design. Nothing better than hickory flame licked ribeyes. Will equal or better any high end restaurant. If you want to up your grill game, this is it.

   I have used this product for about a month now. I use it outside on a wood fire for all of my grilling. The build is very solid, so it holds the grill firmly and does not wobble.The stainless steel cleans up nicely. My only critique would be that the drip tray seems to have little purpose. Since the grill bars are round, not v-shaped, the drippings from the meat do not run down into the tray. But the tray is removable, so it is no bother to leave it aside.

    I haven’t cleaned it yet just started using it but so far so good it was fun building the fire in the indoor fireplace and knowing we were going to be cooking in the fire first meal was stuffed salmon with snow crab and cheese and baked potato the smokey taste to it was awesome and it cooked evenly if you do baked potato make sure to put those in way before anything else it takes time to bake
