   I ordered this grill brush in coarse bristle and it is NOT useful for a normal barbeque grill. It would be the type of “brush”, if it can even be called a brush, to remove dross or slag from steel that has been cut. I don’t understand how this can be called a brush for cleaning a grill! Maybe the medium brush would work. But back scratcher for a BIGFOOT? It would injure the BIGFOOT!

   This grill brush is meant for fixed grate or commercial style char broilers I can tell from the get go. The long reach handle and extremely stiff bristles require a fixed surface for maximum cleaning. Will it clean your household grill? Yes it will, but not having a fixed grate will require more effort and less cleaning effectiveness. This is overkill for any type of residential use, but if you have a commercial kitchen with a charbroiler or other grated surface this will clean it easily!

   Works excellent on a commercial broiler
