   We used the injector set for this Thanksgiving turkey. This was very easy to assemble, use and to clean! I am impressed. There was small little metal shards on the injector when opening, but they washed off. Just like any tool, clean first! We are pleased with the quality.

   This injection kit is of sturdy construction with 4 different sizes of stainless steel needles and cleaning brushes specifically sized for each needle. The spring loaded handle is comfortable and easy to grip and operate, and there is a detailed set of printed instructions to enable use. My nephew is the family grill guru, and he will actually be helping to test this for me. I can’t wait to sample the flavor concoctions he’s likely to invent, and I’ll come back and post an update if we encounter any problems. Meanwhile, I’m giving this a 5-star recommendation based on the apparent quality of the kit itself.

   2 slight knocks. With lesser injectors I would put my finger where the needle is and fill from top, which is not really possible with this one. The proper procedure is to insert the needle in the marinade and pull back which is fine until you have to reload. If there were some kind of plug to temporarily block the needle end, would make a reload much more convenient. When I did ribs this past weekend I poured marinade into a cup. Second slight knock is the preset numbers are a little hard to see.
   Don’t regret my purchase though.

   I bought this to inject compound butter into my thanksgiving turkeys. It worked great, I love it. I would suggest buying the larger one if you are injecting a lot but this one worked well enough for my needs. Good selection of needle sizes and the carying case is very nice. I also like that they include the cleaning brushes. The quality is obvious once you get it into your hands. I also like that you can rotate the dial and select how much per squeeze that gets dispensed. For me, this design helped my hands not to cramp the way it does with the standard syringe style.

   Got this for my hubby and his new smoker bbq. We tried an other that we got from the bbq store. It was a more classic syringe. It was difficult to use, the injector needle came apart and we couldn’t get it back together, and his hands quickly tired after using it for a short time …or until it broke! Enter this injector kit. First of all, I love that it comes in a case to keep everything together and in good working order. It’s sturdy and feels like a quality tool. My husband got lots of admiring comments from his buddies, who I’m sure went home to buy their own. Happy with this tool.
