Leider halten die Spareribs nicht so gut, da der Halter leider größer ist, als die bereits zugeschnittenen Spareribs, die man im Handel bekommt.
Ich hätte den Halter gerne ein bis zwei Nummern kleiner gekauft.

Wir essen gerne Fleischrippchen vom Grill. Ich mache mir sehr viel Arbeit und grille drei Stunden bei 150 Grad Celsius im Kugelgriller. Der Rippchenhalter ist eine klasse Sache. Die Fleischrippchen können hochkant stehen, die Hitze kommt von allen Seiten schön an das Fleisch. Das Abschlussprozedere – alle zehn Minuten mit naturtrüben Apfelsaft einstäuben, damit das Fleisch eine wunderbare Farbe bekommt, gelingt mit diesem Halter tadellos.
Der Schönheitsfehler: In der Mitte des Halters fehlt ein Stück Metall. So hängen die Fleischrippchen durch. Wie ich ein Rundeisen in den Rippchenhalter gelegt und dann die Rippchen eingelegt habe, war die Welt in Ordnung.
Ich kann dieses Grillzubehör sehr empfehlen und würde es wieder kaufen.

This is a well made product, good materials, very sturdy. My only complaint is the hoops are too far apart to keep full racks of ribs from flopping over onto one another. The solution is cutting the ribs into smaller sections (half) but that reduces the overall quantity that can be cooked at once. What? Doesn’t everyone cook six full racks at once? Slackers. No wonder I’m fat.
