The slow n sear is a must for Weber kettle grill users! We only use charcoal, and this accessory easily allows meats to be cooked away from the flame, especially chicken. The attachment keeps the charcoal in one area, allowing you to grill indirectly. It is made from quality stainless and will last a long time!
