   I have smoked on a Weber kettle for many years and recently bought the Weber smoker, this product exceeded my expectations. After owning two Weber kettle grills my expectations were high for this product and it still exceeded my expectations. Very sturdy construction, high quality, and easy to clean. I have got along without one this long and have used an inverted v-rack but this item is great in the way it supports full sized ribs and has handles at both ends. I load the ribs into the rack with it sitting on the half sheet pan that the ribs rest on with the dry rub applied. I carry the ribs on the sheet pan out to the grill and use the handles to lift them on to the grill and for rotating them. Fantastic!

   I use this all the time. I have 2 of these that I use side-by-side so I can do a full rack at a time. Actually I do several at once and if we don’t use all at same time we freeze the extra for use in winter. Yes I know some of you purists are going to shout that loses the flavor or whatever but here in the Midwest you CANNOT do ribs when it is in the very frigid temperatures we get here unless you have an UN-limited supply of gas.

   If I could change on thing it would be to have one more space in the rack (5 instead of 4) so you could leave 1 space between each slab so there would be more room for basting.

   Cleaning is a challenge but if you put it in a 15 or 18 gallon storage tote container with a little liquid dish soap and let it sit overnight and then pop it into dishwasher it cleans up great. No the dis-coloration will not go away but that shows your guests that you’re not a grillin’ newbie and not using them as guinea pigs!

   Just got the rack today.

   Pros: Good quality, fits weber WSM 18.5″ smoker, works with more than just ribs

   Cons: Baby back ribs only (spare ribs are too thick even cut in half), spacing isn’t far enough apart to allow for good smoke contact (ribs touch each other in some points), needs a design to allow for a pivot for each retaining arm that rolls into place and locks rib in upright position – spacing issue solved, gap for rib wash/mop and smoke contact solved, thick ribs stuck in rack solved, etc.

   Overall: I will use this for 2 racks at a time or chicken quarters due to give a good smoke. More than 2 racks on WSM 18.5 will be rolled again since this won’t cut it.

   This is the real deal folks! Solid stainless steel heavy duty construction! Yeah it may cost more than some of the others sold, but this will last a long long time. I just used this rack to cook 3 full slabs of ribs all at the same time using the indirect cooking method…guests gave rave reviews on not only the ribs but the rack as well..had people asking me where I bought it. Apparently you can put chichen quarters with the rack as well, but I haven’t tried that yet. Basting the ribs with BBQ sauce for the last 10 minutes of cooking was a bit challenging while they were still sitting in the rack, but not enough to lower the rating…just pull them out and baste if you wish. Another quality product from Weber!

   I think if the handles were a different design, the rack would take up less space within the grill and would probably allow for more food items to placed within it, but for what it was designed for..it does very well. Buyers remorese level…ZERO!

   This rib rack looks great, it is very sturdy, and although it has room for 4 racks, I was able to fit a fifth between the last slot and the handle. The ribs turned out wonderful. I used no nonstick spray, and I removed the ribs from the rack with no problems whatsoever. Cleanup was great. I removed any bits of food and smoke residue easily, and the rack still looks brand new after the first use. I recommend this rack for the quality, price, and easy cleanup. Highly recommended.
