   Relativamente all’ oggetto, dopo qualche mese sono riuscito a testarlo nel mio weber risultato meraviglioso.
   Materiale costruttivo meraviglioso e si lava in lavastoviglie.
   Forse il prezzo è un po caro e ne ho tenuto conto nella recensione, ma alla fine i prodotti weber son davvero un MUST.

   Overall I’m really happy with the roaster and would definitely recommend it. While the dimensions listed in the description are accurate the roaster is smaller than I had hoped in a few aspects. It only holds smaller size chickens (about 4 lb. or smaller) and the liquid reservoir is extremely small. By the time you place some herbs and spices in the reservoir it holds only a few ounces of liquid. Both of the disappointments aside the chicken cooks wonderfully, very juicy, tender & flavorful and the roaster cleans up very easily.

   For me this is the best chicken oven roaster on the market. You can add liquid (beer, wine, water) with spices (garlic, laurel) and the result will be a crispy skin and a tender, juicy meat.

   This Weber 6731 Style Poultry Infusion Roaster is amazing. Grilling chicken couldn’t be any easier. Just season your chicken with season salt and whatever you wish. Pour beer in the base cup. Warm up your grill and put this baby in the grill at 400 degrees for 60 minutes and it’s ready. Seriously, its that easy…Just set it and forget it. Chicken came out super tender and juicy. In fact, this was the easiest way to cook the most delicious and moist chicken. And like everyone else has said, cleaning up is super easy. Best part, all of that chicken juice collected on the base will be use for delicious chicken soup the day after. Just remember to cook the chicken in indirect heat.

   On a quest to find the best chicken roaster for my Traeger, I would say this one is probably the best for chickens in that 5 to 8 lb range. This weekend I put this one up against another simple can style roaster and this unit worked wayyyy better and the chicken was done faster. The only draw back is the little reservoir in the middle doesn’t hold much liquid, but I don’t think it’s a big issue. The chicken cooks evenly and is way more stable. I can easily fit two of these side by side (maybe 3 could fit too…) in my 22 series. I had an issue with one of the cheaper ones where you fit the entire can, and rest the cavity in it – they didn’t fit in the Traeger. With this one, it was no problem, plenty of clearance. They’re a bit on the spendy side but worth it. They also clean very, very easily.

   Like to barbecue whole chickens on your grill, or roast them in your oven? You need this product. Easy to use, and cleans up easy, just toss in the dishwasher. Great value for the price. We now have two. Love this!

   I received the roaster on 8.19 and didn’t open it until this past weekend when I was going to use it the first time. It part that holds the chicken up has scratches on it, that I do not know if came from the factory or was used by someone else that scratched it and returned it or if scratched during a return process. If the shipper sees this I would like to have a new center piece. Returning and sending a whole new roaster is not necessary, as I have another one my son gave me several months ago, and they are great!

   Looked at a few different holders and this one stood out. Very well made ( hey, it’s a Weber) and should last a very long time. Without a doubt, the best smoked chicken I’ve ever had. Couldn’t believe how moist the breast was.

   I purchased this 2 years ago and it’s going strong. I’m writing this review now, because of a recent experience I had that made the product even better. I was cooking two chickens in my smoker. One on the weber roaster and the other was just laying down. The one thing I didn’t realize, is how much faster this cooks the chicken from the inside out. Getting the temperature up to 165-170 happened quicker than I thought. In my picture is the two temp probes side by side. At 425 degrees in my smoker. The one on the poultry roaster took about 45 mins to get to temp. While the other one was longer. Pros- Cooks faster from the inside out. Likely because the metal gets hot as well cons- at this time and temp. The chicken on the poultry roaster didn’t have the crispy skin
