  • Yes, this griddle is top-of-the-line: it did not warp and after a brief soaking, cleaned up in a breeze (that did surprise me!). As it is so thick, it is a good idea to place it on the grill while the grill is pre-heating. It is heavy, but the handles make it easy to lift. I did need a screwdriver to tighten the bolts properly. It is just a tad too long for my grill, but I still find it useful; I just have to be careful how I arrange things to make it work. I like to use a griddle for veggies and shrimp - both turned out great. Worth the price. • I have a 21 or 22 inch gas griddle but it didn’t come with a stand so I bought this one. First off I was a little nervous because when it was delivered the box was a looking little disturbed during shipping. But wait to you see how great it’s packed. They use really good stuff so it won’t get damaged. It’s a little heavy so of course it possible. I didn’t have anything wrong with mine! See picture. Luis this is super easy to put together. Instructions are spot on but you really DON’T even need them. Great feature of course is the bottle opener :) My griddle fits perfectly and this stand has the best wheels I’ve ever had on a cart before. I highly recommend this. It can be used for so much more also.

I bought the Blackstone griddle to be able to cook my special diet gluten free,SOY free & lactose free. Before ordering it I carefully read everything on the box I decided to buy from outdoorcooking.us.com & nowhere on the box the allergen soy nor the soy oil procedure used by Blackstone to manufacture this griddle is declared on the box. The information of the soy oil procedure was given to me yesterday when I called Blackstone. Two days ago I used it for the first time & after cooking & eating my special meal I had a terrible allergy event! Soy is a recognized serious allergen and consumers have to be adviced according to FDA. Silvia Krumbein, 78 years old

  • It has multiple uses. I do home bbq rarely. But this rack is perfect for my home plants. As my house only has one side sunshine, I wanna use all of that window. Easy to assemble. And I believe it can be used for many other purposes.

  • Use it for sausage and wings on my pellet smoker. Used the tray to smoke corn for salsa. Exactly what I had envisioned it to be.

  • Best addition ever to our camping cooking utensils! Perfect size to fit on our small grill and still be able to grill the entree at the same time! Sprayed it before grilling and cleanup was very easy. Great value for these well built very sturdy grill pans!

  • Hello Grilling Fans. I woukd say 2.5 stars, but the 4rd for durability. On the start this seems a quality rotisserie basket with nice, solid, thicker constructed form... better than a cheap wire basket. However, after the initial look and getting into it, there are issues. Pros - Nice quality stainless construction. Seems durable. Paddle with is about normal to help with rotation and flipping. Welds are decent and clean. Cons - First thing you notice is the springloaded (yes spring) latches are upside down. If you look closely, the internal springs might not be s.s. (potential for rust and failure). (Should latch form the bottom up, closing down on paddle side. To prevent weight from causing to open). While this is Stainless for dishwasher cleaning, it does not come apart. The option of "slip and grab" halves is nice to for cleaning or if needed extra time on grill. All hardware is just screwed on... potential to loosen, rust, wear. Hinge pins might not be s.s., and if they are not. Well... hinge failure means useless item. If you grill, you know steel exposed to moisture and heat = rust and weakness and/or corrosion. The potential is there, just needs to improve on the design and hardware. Better than thin wire baskets, worse than grate baskets. Happy Grilling.

  • OMG I'm in love with my Cameron mini stove top smoker. Saw it used on an episode of Project Smoke. Steve makes everything look easy but I was intrigued by this new cooking device. Used today for first time on 2 lbs of boneless pork butt ribs. 2.5 hours later and I had hickory smoked pork tender ribs. The recipe calls for finishing under the broiler but honestly didn't need to. The pork was richly browned through the smoking process. If you want saucey, sticky ribs, sauce and broil away. Can't wait to try smoked chicken wings! 😋

  • I picked up this cooking/grilling set to use while camping because it's pretty comprehensive and includes everything I might need while away from home. Each item came individually wrapped in plastic. The tools are fairly sturdy, unsure if the handles are made of real wood or plastic and whether they will hold up over time in high heat environments. The grilling mats are especially handy when you're at a public outdoor grill that hasn't been well cleaned or you're cooking smaller items that may fall through the grates. The kit comes in a large zippered case. I did have some trouble after removing multiple items in putting them back and recalling where everything goes, so some kind of labeling inside the case would be a nice improvement. In all, a fair quality set that included almost all the utensils I needed at a reasonable price.

  • I ordered this griddle to take the place of my rectangular standalone plug-in griddle, which does not evenly distribute heat. I used this griddle on two same-size grills on my gas stovetop. Once I figured out the right heat level, I enjoyed cooking with this. What I like about the griddle: 1. It heats food evenly. 2. It's easy to clean. 3. It's very solid. 4. It's more convenient that a plug-in griddle. I don't have to keep track of cords and there is a larger cooking surface (great for pancakes). 5. I've only used this on my stovetop, but I'm looking forward to using it when my family and I go camping. It has a hole in it that lets grease (from bacon for the carnivores out there), etc., drain. Overall a good product.

  • So far....not good. I just received this paddle and the welds are bad. Hopefully Bayou Classic fixes this. EDIT - I got the replacement paddle today and the welds are perfect, Updated to 5 stars.

  • Replace our old rectangular grate after years of wear and tear. My husband is a chef and loves wood fire cooking.

  • Had to modify it a bit to fit my weber summit kamado, but it was well worth the effort. I have used this for picanha, prime rib, St. Louis ribs, pork belly, chicken shawarma, rotisserie chicken, Peking duck, even cooked a 20lb turkey on it. I am sure I am forgetting some things too lol

It's great to use, but I do not understand the curved edge. This one is sold by Weber for their grills. You get less cooking surface because of the curved edge. Also, it leaves a space between the grates. I plan to call Weber to ask what was the purpose of the curved edge design.
