I gave this 3 stars ONLY because the wood on the tongs is completely different than the rest of the set. I’m not picky so I kept the set as it is a good, well crafted one. However, it may bother others, so be aware if this anomaly.

Perfect for my BGE mini max. Very easy to assemble. Might need two people on some assembly but I did it by myself. Great product. Would highly recommend.

I would have preferred less items and better quality. I was most excited about the sheet number of turners, scrapers. They do feel rather lightweight and flimsy. The round press seems pretty sturdy. The rectangular scouring/ cleaning pad will probably break after a couple of uses. I don’t need the tiny S&P shakers, the hooks, the egg molds. This set reminds me of something I might have had in my early 20’s in college. This set will not impress the serious griller.

Weber 22" Kettle with Weber Rotisserie kit 10 pounds of wings could easily fit. No problems with the flats slipping out (maybe if the wings were tiny). Last week 7 pounds of drumsticks and had a lot of room to spare. Cage breaks down in half with easy hinge and latch mechanism. Came out spotless on top rack of dishwasher. Very happy with the results.

Great for butts and ribs. I do worry about it staying together over time.

I was never really all that interested in a griddle. I'm a grill and smoker guy and anytime I have meat to cook, those were my go-to's. I went to a friend's house over the holiday weekend and he made smash burgers, some pork, hot dogs and sausage for dinner. I watched as he cooked and fell in love. There is so much you can cook on this!! I was stuffing my face with the food he'd cooked when I ordered my griddle. I was a little irritated I didn't wait for Prime Days since it was discounted 30% shortly after it was delivered. But...I blame myself for being impatient and maybe a little impulsive. I digress..... Anyway, the griddle was delivered on time and the weather was a little unfavorable so I waited a day or two to assemble the griddle. I've owned several grills and I usually put them together myself. Assembly was actually very easy and I needed virtually no help. The hardest part, that I needed some help with was putting the actual griddle on top. That thing was heavy. I was a little surprised it just sits on top and isn't permanently attached, but as heavy as it is, it probably isn't necessary. Putting it together was just a few steps like installing a couple wheels, attaching the 2 shelves, the propane tank mount, a handle and the control knobs. The whole process took under an hour. If you can use a screwdriver and a wrench, you can put this together. It really is that simple. Next was getting the propane hooked up and seasoning the griddle cooking surface. Thankfully my friend gave me some pointers and believe me this is an important step. I watched a YouTube video to make sure I was seasoning the griddle top correctly. I recommend getting the Blackstone Seasoning and Conditioning stuff. Fire up the griddle on high and let it get hot. Take a dollop of the "griddle goop" (what I call it). Let it melt. You will likely have to chase it a little as it will immediately head to the grease trap. Using a paper towel and some long tongs, evenly spread a thin layer on the griddle surface; this includes the cooking surface and the outside of the rails around the perimeter. Don't worry if the paper towel kind of disintegrates as you spread the oil, it can be cleaned later. This creates a non-stick surface but also protects against rust. Let the griddle burn off the oil. When the griddle stops smoking, the oil has burned off. Lather, rinse, repeat. I seasoned my griddle 4 times. Cooking on this is a bit of a learning process. Grilling is pretty simple. Throw some meat on the flame and make sure it doesn't get burned on a flare up. Flip. Done. Griddle cooking is a little more involved, but I have to admit it's fun. I cooked a steak, a salmon filet and some shrimp as my inaugural meal. Everything was very flavorful and cooked to perfection (not a reflection of me, just the griddle heat was well distributed). A few tips if you're considering this: get a lid as one is not provided with the griddle. At the very least, purchase a cloth cover if you're storing this outside. I'm doing both; just waiting on the lid to be delivered. With the cloth cover, take a piece of the cardboard that comes with the griddle for transport. Wrap it in tin foil so it doesn't get soaked in oil from the griddle top and create a tent so water will flow off the top without pooling. YouTube is your friend. If you're like me and never cooked on something like this, you can learn a lot from the videos on YouTube. There a lot of maintenance and care videos as well as recipes and how to cook certain foods on your griddle. I've only cooked what is pictured and smash burgers a day or two after that. Tip: don't make the smash burgers too big. Seasoning your griddle before you start cooking is absolutely essential! READ THAT AGAIN. :-) Cleaning the griddle after cooking is a bit more involved than cleaning a grill. Use a scraper or spatula to push left over food to the grease trap. Let the griddle cool a bit. Once cleared, squirt a little oil on the surface and use a clean rag to coat the griddle surface. That's basically it, but scraping can require a little elbow grease depending on what you cooked.

This Front Griddle Caddie has many different ways to use it and I just wanted to share with everyone how I made it work for me. After receiving this Grill Caddie, my wife wanted and asked if we could look at a new grill/smoker, since our grill was ready to retire after all it went through, so I was thinking what to do with my Grill Caddie…and yup…I know..? Storage Rack!✅ So…out to my workbench, I went…. This grill caddie is a perfect addition, let me tell you guys, it works like a charm!, it’s tough and strong and holds some serious weight , but also the magnet, holds my tools sturdy and at the ready, I just love it, so I’m thinking about getting another one just to add to my workshop. It easy to mountand the size is perfect. Overall, the price point for this (storage enhancer) grill caddy is worth all that it does for me. I would definitely recommend this for anybody who has a workbench…, oh, and a grill.! #GrillCaddieStorage

This is the perfect size for our patio and a great addition to our grill and griddle! Super easy to put together. It snapped together and easy to attach handles. Really no tools necessary! It rolls really well, the size is great and the divider tray will hold smaller items but not the long grill spatula, tongs, or fork, but were able to fit them on the side. The tray will be good to hold the meat thermometers, plastic utensils, and more... The bottom cabinet is perfect for cleaning items, wood chips etc... Very sturdy - I was surprised of the quality and I think we'll have it for a very long time.

It’s good to have some time to put it together 😊

It's a great idea but it can't take the heat of the grill. The pan warped when I put some fish on it. The fish wasn't cold - it had been set out so as to be a room temperature. Should have returned it right away but now it's outside the return window.

I've been searching for a product that could provide for full heat deflection in Weber kettles. Weber offers such deflectors in products it sells outside of the U.S., and I've been waiting years for Weber to bring their version to the U.S. However, as the years have gone by, I've had to rig my own heat deflectors using aluminum foil or arrange the charcoal in such a way that it snakes around a water pan. Neither were exceptionally good options. When I saw this for sale, I jumped at the chance to enjoy the benefits of a full heat deflector. I wasn't disappointed. The unit that holds the deflector plate and grill grates fits perfectly on the 4 tabs where the weber grill gate would usually sit. The unit's heat deflector holder sits about 1 inch lower than the level of where the weber grill grate would usually sit. Despite that, you can see in my pics that I was able to arrange a double/triple deep layer of charcoal briquettes in the entire bowl and mix in chunks of cherry wood without any interference with the heat deflector plates resting on the wire circle. In addition, the raised height of the cooking grate (~2" above the bowl lip) allowed a sizable water pan to rest on top of the deflector plates but below the cooking grate. Surprisingly, there was plenty of clearance between the pork shoulder I cooked and the underside of the lid (~1"). Using 14 lit briquettes to start in the middle, my setup easily lasted 8 hours at 250F (started cooking at 10AM and pulled the shoulder off at 205F at 6PM) and I was able to open the vents up after finishing my cook to raise the temps to burn off any sticky smoke residue from the lid and side walls - the temps went up over 500 and the coals finally went out around midnight. That's a ton of cooking time with one batch of charcoal. The deflector plates are actually two halves which makes for easier storage, and they're reasonably thick. As I said, I got the temps above 500 after wrapping up my cook, and the plates survived with no issues. As far as cleanup goes, don't expect to get things back to an original factory shine/color after use. Food residue comes off just fine using a typical wire brush and some elbow grease, but the smoke penetrates the steel and ceramic material and leaves a burnt orange coloring that doesn't affect taste - just looks dirty. It's just cosmetic. Overall, this product makes a huge difference in that I never needed to add more charcoal so I could focus on maintaining a good temp range and watch the U.S. Open all day. It worked exactly as advertised and I couldn't be more pleased with the fit and functionality. Weber, you're losing out to hungry innovators out there to your own detriment!

Good design, poor build quality. I bought this cart and assembled it last week. The good - good design, with lots of shelves, and a cabinet. Materials seem sturdy. The stainless steel counter tops are nice. Instructions are easy to follow, and every item is numbered for ID during assembly. The bad - poor build quality. One vertical support had 1 of 2 bolt holes unthreaded, so I couldn’t install a bolt there to anchor it in place. A shelf had bent edges that I had to bend back straight to be able to install. The most concerning was that 2 of the 4 bolt flanges used to support the shelf that the grill goes on, were bent at about a 30 degree angle. I had to carefully bent them back, and if they had broken I’d have to had gotten a replacement, or sent the whole thing back for a refund. I was able to assemble the cart and install my Kamodo Joe Jr. grill. The cart looks and works good. Would I recommend it? If you get a model that is manufactured correctly then yes. But it’s a risk that you end up with one that has such poor quality control that it can’t be assembled. Maybe the manufacturer’s customer service is awesome and they’d send you new parts without issue, I don’t know. But it’s too bad a good design and good quality cart is such a risk due to quality control.

Bought this for my brother for a father’s day gift and he LOVED IT . He recently bought a grill and is settling in his new house and was presently surprised this came with basically everything you need all in one easy to carry box!! (lol he’s settling in his new house and it isn’t something he’d necessarily buy right now so it was a good house warming gift also)I figured everything all in one would be nice so he doesn’t have to go out and buy other accessories for a while or waste money on cabob skewers I was kinda worried because some reviews said the brush cleaner came broken or box came dinged up but everything in mine was PERFECT! 100% happy with my purchase! PICS INCLUDED!

Seems to be quality metal and well made & easy to put together but it is not long enough or wide enough to hold St Louis style Ribs as thats what I got it for, I had to remove the grates on grill it would hit it.

I bought these tongs 9 months ago, and they are extremely lightweight, durable, non rusting, easily to wash, and easy to use. My husband loves them, he told me to buy another set, just in case outdoorcooking.us.com stops carrying them. Highly recommend, add these to your BBQ tools, you won’t regret it.
