Blades are junk
It’s the week before Christmas and I couldn’t believe how fast I got these Grillgrates. Not sure if it matters but they all seem different shades of gray. I can’t wait to use them and I’ll follow up with a review when I do.
Bought this package for my son’s birthday. Looks like good quality, good sizes. Although it was not part of the description, there is a sign on the box that clearly states “includes 3 FREE cleaning pads”. This box did not include the cleaning pads. Gave it three stars for that reason- product box should include what it says it does.
extremely noisy and it doesn't do as good of a job cleaning as I can do just scrubbing with a brush for a shorter time .It takes way too much time also, BTW I use a spray on non stick spray before I grill also! Very Disappointing!
Well packaged, looks sturdy. very happy with this purchase.
We're using this with a Breeo 19-inch firepit which has a wide ring/sear plate and it works really well over charcoal or fire. I liked it so much I got a second one for my mom!
Received our product and it was a gift so we did not open it right away. I Drove 3 hours for it to be opened only to find that the press was defective. It was cut wrong and cracked. Bound to break from a one to two times use. All of the other products seemed to be in good condition.
Great cast iron ash can for kamado joe classic. Very sturdy and feels well made. Size is perfect and very easy to use and makes cleaning ashes easy. Great addition to my Kamado.
The peripheral stuff is cheap The salt and pepper / season barrels look great, but don't positively stay closed especially for camping situations Same stuff you can buy at Wally world Non Blackstone hardware, so it's not as good as quality as the Blackstone stuff But, good price and perfect for getting into the camping and cooking without a lot of investment
If everyone leaving reviews got the same thing in the box, I don't know how this could have a 4+ rating. I wish I got more pictures, but I was too frustrated and started disassembly before I could get any more. I shouldn't even have started when I saw the bends in the "wings" on the middle "drawer" shelf, but I thought that maybe somehow that they were designed thay way since they were bent on both sides and that maybe it helped the drawer from sliding off. Well, the truth is that there was no possible way to get this drawer on. I set the 3/4 built shelf aside after getting frustrated, then looked at it again the following day. Re-read instructions, and confirmed that I had done nothing wrong and there was really no way to install the shelf thay makes sense. Coming from someone with good mechanical knowledge, there is no way for the drawer to slide. It does not exist in the package. I also had ro make my own correction on the poorly written instructions on the bottom shelf because the instructions tell you to put screws in the wrong holes. This all made me sad, as I like the look of this from the pictures and honestly the metal that they used is nice quality. Do not buy this item. The only thing more frustrating than trying to get that middle shelf in is fitting everything back inside the box.
This is a design flaw and weak area. mine was damaged by the wire rubbing against the metal frame during shipping making the gun unusable (no spark). I emailed the product manufacturer and was told to use heat shrink tubing to fix it myself or return it to outdoorcooking.us.com.
The first time I used the grill brush in this set multiple sets of wires started coming off and falling into the grill. I googled it and learned people go to the ER because these wires can be ingested if they get stuck in the food. Unbelievable. Literally, I heated up the grill and started brushing the grates and immediately this started happening. So dangerous. The rest of the tools seem fine. It even came with a multi-colored aztec case instead of the pictured black case...loved that. Super cool. But what's NOT cool, is almost sending my friends to the hospital because of an inferior product. Very disappointed, don't buy this set if you want a grill brush that's effective and safe to use.
I would pass on this griddle. Blaze ships the griddle with a glue layer between stainless steel and the plastic packaging that does not come off. Also as the griddle heats up it bows and wabbles on the grill, which makes it move every time you touch it to flip the food on the griddle. Look for other options
Bowls are nice. The handles are glued on… who joins stainless on stainless with glue? Nice bowls and lids but don’t buy for the handles because they will fall off while you are carrying a bowl full of food.
Looks great! Arrived quickly and package undamaged. Can't wait to use it this summer. As the package indicates, the flashlight requires a single AA battery (not included). Works great though. I like that it can be removed so everything can go in the dishwasher, but also so that I can use it separately.
