It’s a gift for my husband. I received all the pieces. However, the tools and the case is smaller than what the picture shows. I should have looked at the measurements.I’m not going to lie, it’s a little disappointing but it will do for now. I think Weber grill utensils are way better. You can see in my picture the Weber brand spatula vs this brand. We haven’t used them yet so we will see.
This fits perfectly in a large BGE and makes ash removal really easy but it reduces your airflow pretty significantly. So for the ease of cleaning you pay the price. When grilling, I can't get the egg above 450F no matter how hard I try with this installed. When smoking it works great but you have to keep up with it. On a 16 hour slow cook, the smaller volume is going to fill up and starve your coals of air unless you empty it. Great product and really well built, just requires some attention.
The utensils inside the case are pretty good, but the case looked like it was thrown around quite a bit. It has dents around the edges and the paneling was popping off. I bent everything back and I guess it's okay. I'll keep it because I don't want to wait another week for a return.
Got this as a Christmas present for my husband, a life long suffering Lions fan. Took a while to finish the backyard but it is all done now and went to use it today with the new grill for 4th of July. The first thing it took out of a 450 degree oven caused the mitt to melt. He has a blistering burn on a few fingers. Tools worked great, apron was cute, but an oven mitt for a grill set that can’t handle 450 degrees is worthless.
I got this set of tools for my husband. He really likes the set and the fact that it comes with a metal storage case. He had a set a long time ago that had a wooden case, but the wooden case didn't hold up to the elements outside in the outdoor kitchen/BBQ area. This set would be great to take camping since it also includes forks, knives, and salt/pepper shakers. Unfortunately, one of the Velcro straps popped off during the first use of the set. I will have to glue it back onto the case.

This is exactly what I was looking for. These tools are thicker than normal and will last a lifetime. The carrying case is built tough and makes this a perfect bring-along for when we go to the park or beach. Awesome. 5/5
Definitely worth the price. We are avid campers. We cook over the fire. We have baskets, a tripod, and shell cookers. This swivel grill is great. We made chicken, pork chops, potatoes, and waffle cone deserts on it this weekend. It was easy to assemble. Took us 5 minutes tops. Started cooking right after seasoning it. Being able to swivel the grate allowed us to add wood to the fire easily. It was solid enough I felt comfortable putting my Cast Iron pans on it. It did great. It does take a while to learn how to position it. We had it up too high to heat the food. We had to lower the fire ring so the grate was closer to the fire. Overall a wonderful purchase for my family.
This is as a Father’s Day gift. My husband likes the size of the caddy- holds plenty of bottles for seasoning as well as some side compartments. I also liked that it had a paper towel holder. The first one I received did not hold up well and the screws were stripped out. I think I got a bad return item. outdoorcooking.us.com replaced it and the 2nd one was much better. No issues at all, but I took off 1 star due to the issues. Overall, a good value for the money and very happy with the purchase
This is perfect for an all-in-one grilling kit for camping or even a local friends and family gathering. It includes a container for marinating, a cutting board for the veggies and meat, and an excellent snap lid to store and easily seal and refrigerate what is left. It was designed in a way so everything nests together, so it doesn’t take up much space. This is essential for those with limited space and don’t want or need to pack much for a camping trip. And it includes basically everything you need, from beginning to end to cook meat and other veggies. I first tested in the home environment with my home oven and a pizza. It did excellent, as you can see in the pics. The pan has fantastic non-stick properties, as even the baked-on cheese easily separated from the pan without fuss. It worked very great, and I was impressed. The next test was the marinating pan, which is deep enough for realistic cuts of meat and also shallow enough for the marinates and seasonings toc cover adequately. For my pork ribs with vinegar-based BBQ sauce and fresh thyme and basil and whole garlic cloves, it really stood out as a contender and did a fantastic job! With the sealed lid, I was able to flip, slide, and slosh around the marinade to ensure it REALLY got into the meat. The last thing I tested was the defrost tray, which was surprisingly effective for some pork ribs we later grilled on the propane grill. I let them sit on the defrosting tray for a little over an hour, and I assume it was a combination of the ambient temperature and the tray itself, but I was easily able to get the ribs thawed out and ready for cooking in a little less than an hour in 50 degree temperature. The ribs came out fantastic and delicious, and I was easily able to store the leftovers in the same pan, with the plastic cover that snaps into place. I am all about convenience, and this was the definition of that! Simply put, this is an outstanding choice for those looking for a convenient, portable, and compact solution for grilling, marinating, and storing all in one convenient package! The only slight downfall is the cutting board which like many is easily scarred and scuffed and takes abuse easily from a very sharp chefs’ knife. But that is not to say it is not a quality cutting board. Keep in mind, this is a cutting board made for off grid use and not everyday use, and it functions perfectly for what it was intended for. I am vey happy overall with the entire kit, and would easily recommend it to any of my fellow outdoor grillers and campers! And best of all, its dishwasher safe!
