The photos are of a 2 year old set with lots of miles on them! I’ve had a really nice quality set of grilling tools but the handles were beginning to show signs of wear. Since they aren’t available any longer, and I was used to a nice set of tools, I didn’t want to settle. I looked everywhere for a set of grilling tools that were as nice as these. The Grillaholics Premium BBQ Grill tool set is without a doubt the best set of tools I’ve ever used. They aren’t hollow, the tool is made from a solid cast. They are well weighted and balanced and the handles are made from real wood… beautiful. The butt of each tool is solid brass, and has a real leather strap. Rugged and absolutely premier. I wouldn’t throw them in a dishwasher, but I have never done that in the past and any quality kitchen tool shouldn’t go in the dishwasher anyhow. They aren’t cheap, but they aren’t cheap! Heirloom quality grilling tools aren’t for everyone, but if you appreciate quality grilling tools and can’t be seen with rusty, crusty, run-of-the-mill grilling hardware, these are amazing.
Ok. It is a bit pricey. But the quality is top notch. I wasn't sure about the method of driving the base in the ground, but it works well. The grate is just right. And surprisingly very easy to clean. I'm happy with this purchase.
We have been researching a replacement for our BBQ accessories set for awhile. Our old one lasted for a while and then either rust or corrode and then its time to buy a replacement. Prices of complete sets like this can get up there if you want good quality. When I saw this set get on outdoorcooking.us.com at the price they were offering it for, I got excited and figured to try it out. Of course the delivery came as scheduled. The kit is a bit smaller than I imagined though so keep that in mind. The median price for a wire brush with replacement head plus a metal spatula of any quality usually are about $20 so to get so much more than that along with a sturdy case to store it in and an apron to cook with for $30 or less brand new was a no brainer for me. We tested this out for an entire summer before leaving a review and so far so good. I'm hoping to get many years of use from it. Again, great gifting idea for any grilling enthusiast in your life.
Look amazing and a lot better than expected. I was expecting it to feel cheap and not look this good considering the reviews, however non of it looks or feels like plastic crap. I think this is beyond adequate for those who like to cook on the grill every once in a while, it all feels sturdy enough to last for a couple of summers. For those hardcore grillers, you might want to go with something else, this might not last for those who grill more than a couple times a week or don't take care of their equipment. The downside to this is that the outside of the case was dirty, and the spatula and some of the other utensils have smudges on them. I assume this is from packaging as they don't have any scratches or looked used. A nice wash with some hot water and soap should fix it, though. The wood gives this a nice touch, however the wood does have some chipping on some of the utensils, and it seems you could get a nasty blister if you happen to break the wood. Therefore, anyone who is rough with their grilling shouldn't consider this one. Otherewise, this is perfect for the moderate grill chef who takes care of their equipment.
A very nice grill kit for the cost! It had everything I was looking for in a kit such as little things like the apron and shredding claws and thermometer (in addition to the fundamentals of course- the actual utensils for grilling). I also like that it had a replaceable wire brush for cleaning the grill. We haven’t used it yet but all the pieces appear to be solid and nothing is loose or flimsy right off the bat. And the apron which I’m customizing as part of the gift is good quality which was great to not have to buy a separate one. Cons: as you can see from the picture the case was a little dinged up so I’ll be trading this one in. I bought this as a gift and the scratches detract from the look. It is solid overall though and that’s just cosmetic. The other small thing to know it would be that the meat shredding claws are plastic so I’ll have to see how those hold up over time. I did not receive this product for free or as a promotion but I was incentivized to write this review. All opinions are my own.
Another product that transforms the look from the original Defender to something more stylish. The installation was not hard and the results are amazing. Good quality material.
Great over the fire grill. Perfect fit and fun way to have dinner. We left the legs folded up when we put it over the pit. We also used a grill mat for easier clean up. Great quality, sturdy and highly recommended! You can load up as much food as you can fit on it and it will not bend. The price was great too!
Bought this for our flat top griddle and after first use my impression is this is an excellent kit. The wuality is solid. The smash press is heavy duty cast iron and got the job done for smash burgers. The variety of spatulas is great. The liquid bottles were a need and already used em for oil and water for cooking and clean up. The salt and pepper shakers are a nice addition. Havent used the domes (it came with 2) or the egg rings yet but definitely will. This kit has it all.
Seemed great. Everything we needed. Until, time to wash. Stainless Steel means dishwasher safe, and the reason we purchase things like this. These rusted badly after the first wash. Even a great cleaner like Barkeepers Friend could not remove all the rust.
This Fontana Forni Indoor/Outdoor Pizza Oven Cleaning Brush is too tall to fit into our pizza oven. It is 4in+ with just the bolt, the scraper adds even more. We have a Mimiuo pizza oven and the opening is closer to 3.5in. The brush looks good, it is made with an anodized aluminum handle and brass bristles. The handle is 3 pieces that screw together, max length is 47in. Doesn't work for our oven - may work for taller pizza ovens.
It's so nice I almost don't want to use them and risk getting them dirty. Definitely a show piece when entertaining people on the grille. The wood finish is immaculate on the utensils, the metal finishes feel and look premium. These are solid pieces and have weight to them. The case itself feels like a solid piece of wood and has a beautiful finish. It's a luxury item well worth the investment.
The tools in this set are nice; they seem like good quality and design. The case however is low quality. The first time I opened it one of the panels was already falling off, making the case pretty useless as the tools are a mess inside. You are mainly buying the product for the tools though, which all seem good.
This is a very sturdy set. You get everything you need for the grill. Included in this set is a thermometer fork which is perfect for checking the internal temperature of your meat. I really love using this set. It also comes in a nice sturdy strong case, which makes it even better to keep all your grilling utensils together. It's easy to clean. I will definitely buy this again as a gift. Once you buy this set you won't have to buy another one for a long time. This set will definitely last a long time.
The set looks nice but had a few issues that are not ideal. 1. The case is slightly too small so the spatula does fit without stretching out the interior of the case. 2. The velcro straps are not firmly attached and feel as if they will detach with just a small amount of use. 3. First time using the skewers they fell apart on the grill and the glue/adhesive started to melt. Had pieces fall through the grill to the drip pan while the grill was running. I tried to reach out to the customer service link but the website is very lacking with little to no contact info. I would recommend against this brand and would have though the quality would be a little higher for the $59.99 price tag
