First thing I want to say is that I have only had this for a couple of day and I really like it. Well-built and sturdy. I was very disappointed when I opened the perfect box only to find that the griddle had a significant dent on the rear. I would have bought this (at a discount) if I was told up front that it was dented before I purchased. Fortunately, the dent does not affect the way it performs; at least you cannot see the dent when cooking. The instructions caution you about the amount of heat you need; take this seriously. Charcoal grills can get very hot and if you are using a kamado, you cannot manage the fire like a traditional cook unless you are going to keep the lid down all the time. Filling the fire box with lump will just burn your dinner; there is burned-on evidence from my first cook left on the griddle. My suggestion is to light an entire chimney of lump until all the coals are fully lit. Spread the burning coals in the firebox of your kamado evenly. This should just cover the bottom of the fire box. Add another 5-8 medium to large chunks of lump on top of the hot coals. Place your grate and griddle on the grill and wait for them to come up to temperature. You may have to add more charcoal to ensure you get the desired temperature. This was enough charcoal for me to cook on my 18” Vision Classic for over an hour with the lid open most of the time. Great results.
We love this cart. It's exactly what we needed for our patio. On delivery of the product, I unpacked everything to inventory the items included. Unfortunately, the hardware packaging was opened and there seemed to be some missing items. I also realized the top shelf had been damaged. I contacted the seller via email and by leaving a voice message. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a responding email the next morning and received a return call a few hours later. Feasto staff were more than responsive and understood the problem. They sent replacement items immediately. This has to be one of the most positive interactions with any seller on outdoorcooking.us.com that I've experienced. It was so refreshing. Great experience with the product and the staff.
If you get this set, get it for the spatchulas and scrapers! Very nice quality and straight edges. The scrapers/flippers have beveled edges - almost sharp like a knife. Makes griddle work much easier and makes clean-up less work intensive. The rest of the kit is a little quality/ durability lacking (egg rings, shakers, basting brush in particular). The nylon carry case manages to contain everything except the basting covers and the griddle scrubby pad. This one is mine, but I plan to get a couple more for Christmas gifts. I would call this more of a beginner to intermediate set, but it's definitely priced cheaper than a "pro" set of utensils! I'd get it again (and will) and overall I would recommend, especially for a lower priced gift for a griller or griddler. 4/5!
The tools look and feel like they will hold up well, I’m definitely happy with them (but have to wait till summertime to use them.) However the zipper on the bag broke off in my hand as I was closing it 😆😅 so while not a huge issue, it’s annoying to have to find a different way to pull it shut
This is a great kit to have if you have a grill/griddle. It has just about everything you need to clean your griddle, scouring pads to get that excess caked on food product off, microfiber towels to wipe clean, heat proof glove. The only thing is that I wish it had 2 gloves, as it would make it a lot easier to have one for each hand. Besides that, it works great, decent quality, and price point.
Garbage, I’ve had this a few months. When I first put it together I thought it was kinda cheap. Now after a few moths one of the magnetic holders came out of the front. It’s flimsy it bent slightly when I installed it. Income research if looking for a more quality product.
We love these durable, easy to use, and affordable fire pit skewers. It made our event easy and functional. Would buy these again!
This just came in today. It is perfect for us here in lower Alabama. We do not get many cold nights. It all feels strong and solid. I'm giving it a 4 star until I use it. The broom seems a little weak, but that is the only thing I would say negative about it. It came mostly assembled. All I had to do was put the base on the bottom. They even supplied a little tool to tighten it. 😀
This would make the perfect gift for someone who like to grill. It comes with everything needed (except the food Lol) I like that it comes with a carrying bag to store all the gadgets or attachments. It comes with 2 small bottles that you can fill with your favorite marinade or whatever you choose. When done, just clean and put everything back in the bag till next time.
Fit my Stok grill. Great for wings . Easy on and off of the grill.
I like that it is big! I like the bottle cap/hanger on it! It is fun to use! But the weld of the handle to the blade is good to be it's downwall. It is not strong and will break at some point. It was pretty inexpensive but would have paid a but more for something that will last. We will see!
Used it in our community grill this weekend! As vegetarians, this works great for us to avoid the charring of the meat from previous uses. It still gives a wonderful char to our vegetables! Pls note, it will change color after it's first use because of the fire. Not sure if it is supposed to do that but I personally don't mind it because it's stainless steel.
The weld broke when I put the tongs on the handle. Couldn’t believe it. Barely a year old, poor quality, not purchasing Napoleon products anymore.
The grill table took about 3.5 hours to assemble. Parts were easy to lay out and were well marked. Assembly instructions were easy to follow if you pay attention to details. I do not recommend using a power screwdriver as the spaces are tight, the angles are bad and chinese hardware is notoriously soft. Screw heads will strip out easily but I had no problem with a manual ratcheting screwdriver. Great product for the price! Large Big Green Egg purchased elsewhere fit perfectly and took about a half hour to assemble.
The soldering is very bad. If it does not arrive broken it will certainly break soon. I ordered the same product from two different sources and the same problem was in both. One had the wire grate knob broken and detached from the grate, the other had the black rotating base broken. The supplier must have known it was broken because they provided another knob in the box.
