  • Overall, love this set - my small complaint is about any and all tongs - they do not grip well. The ends need some teeth, nothing huge, but teeth to fully grip things like chicken thighs where the skin easily slips off the thigh, similar for legs and breasts with the skin. Also, turning or picking up larger steaks was sketchy and the meat would slip out. So..... I modded mine - see the pix. Now I can grab a whole pork tenderloin and sling it around without any risk of losing a grip on it. Have not had ANYTHING slip out of the tongs grip since the mod. :-) Otherwise, solid set of BBQ tools for sure.

  • This is a very complete BBQ tool set that basically includes all the essential tools for grilling. The canvas bag is also practical for everyday storage. The overall quality of the tools is quite good, making this a must-have for families who love grilling.

I used this for the first time cooking a porterhouse steak and it was beyond belief...I don't understand the technology, but I love how it works without burning up on the grill...I highly recommend this item...they are nice big sheets and no food was lost (veggies and such)...love it

  • This thing is small and Compact and I absolutely love it it's amazing you be surprised it can hold more clothes than I actually thought I was able to cook quite a few things on it yesterday and it just really enjoyed I love it so

  • This is an excellent "toolbox" caddy bag for the grill. Lots of flexible net pouches, and a large carry space for oils, seasonings, utensils, sprays, even plates or napkins. The only issue I had is that I've got a larger grill and have fairly long utensils (spatula, tongs, fork, etc), and they don't quite fit here as the shorter ones do in the illustrations. They have to go inside the bag, I wish I could hang them from the sides, maybe future revisions will have a "hammer loop" type cord or clip to allow that, but it was only a minor complaint on what otherwise is basically a tote bag to carry all your picnic items from the kitchen to the grill!

  • I was glad to get this product to use with my 17" Blackstone griddle. We use the Blackstone when we are RV camping and I often have to set the griddle on a mat on the campsite picnic table. That is often less than ideal. This product will take care of that problem. Pros: - Sturdy enough to handle my griddle with no problem - Extra features like the magnetic grill tool holder - Legs that are independently adjustable so I can account for uneven terrain - Folds up compact - The carrying handle is spring loaded so it folds itself flat when not in use. That little feature tells me the makers put good thought into this product. Cons: None Note - I will have to keep the unit instructions with me for a while because the way the pieces fit together to fold the unit up will take some practice to get down pat.

  • Awesome product! Very nice appearance wise and solid build. Would buy for any grill.

  • Because it's winter in MN, we have only used this once since I gave it to my husband for Christmas. However, it was very easy to use and we made a fabulous pizza! Nice and crunchy on the crust. I did turn the pizza during the cooking to get it evenly done. I'd suggest using a crust recipe that has only a little yeast (1/2 tsp for 1 c flour) for one medium pizza. That means it will not try to rise too much. The pizza stone that is included is much thicker than our regular one; it does get hotter than our oven (it got to 550-600 F for us this time; maybe hotter in warmer weather?). I love the steel peel too. I have a wooden one, but I'm sure it would get burned if I stuck it in the grill. Be sure to use plenty of corn meal. One trick is to build the pizza on parchment (on something you can slide it off of, in my case, the wooden peel), and then slide the pizza (not the parchment) onto the corn meal sprinkled steel peel. No sticking. If you build the pizza right on the peel, it will likely have time to find a place to stick.

  • This basket is very sturdy and can handle just about anything. I like being able to put smaller items on the rotisserie with this basket. I wish I had taken a picture of the chicken thighs after they were cooked. They came out perfect. The basket takes a little time to learn how to use but once you get used to it and see its advantages, it's a great barbecue tool. I can rotisserie vegetables with certain Meats. The only thing my spit and forks is good for is a whole chicken or a whole rack of ribs. Everything else goes in the basket. I can secure the food or let it turn and Tumble just depending on the kind of food I'm cooking. Great addition to my Weber grill. Update: As much as I love using this premium BBQ tool, I found the one drawback. It's horrendous to clean. I've tried a small wire brush, Brillo pads, Barkeepers Friend, and grease busters. I cleaned for hours. The only thing that seems to work better is Dawn Platinum. Apply it straight and let it soak for a few minutes. Then use a small wire brush. I'd like to know if I can use oven cleaner on the basket. That would be so much easier. Or can I put it in my self-cleaning oven--better yet! I'll ask the manufacturer and let you know.

  • My hubby was so happy he loves grilling. High quality tools and seasoning we made carne asada and the dry rub seasoning was pretty good! The tools came in handy too. If you are starting to grill or got very little tools for grilling is worth it!

  • This grill brush works best on my flat top grill! The sponge on the brush gives a good steam clean! I would recommend this brush to anyone who likes a good steam clean on their grill after cooking, and even before you begin to cook

  • I was super excited when I received this item. Beautiful and heavy duty. It has only been a month and a half since I received them and I only used them a handful of times. Went to use them yesterday to find out that the spatula is all rusty and there is no cleaning it. I thought I would be able to return but the return window was only for one month. These were pretty expensive so this is extremely disappointing.

Used it for the first time, mounted over my new fire pit...I had to set the posts at 47 inches apart, the maximum span. I spitted a thirty pound piglet and achieved a fairly good balance with the counter-weight. It worked. The spit was sagging about an inch, which obviously puts a strain on bearings and possibly the drive motor gearing. I would say then, at maximum 47 inch span, your weight limit is about thirty pounds, not fifty. The drive motor mounts upside down...initially disconcerting...but the mounting spring clip must be at the top...so the motor goes on upside down...que sera sera. The motor mount was difficult to get onto the upright post...it had to be wriggled strongly...then the spring clip would not catch...so, take it off, bend the clip a lot, then re-mount using a little hammering...now all is good! I am happy to have this chrome plated rotisserie. More advice to the uninitiated...a thirty pound piglet has almost no fat, so don't expect to achieve blistered crackled skin. I also had trouble getting the hams and shoulders cooked, whilst all else was over cooked...perhaps due to a lack of fat. No more piggies for me...I'll go with hams, roasts, goats...under thirty pounds. You'll need pliers to tighten the prong forks' lock screws...hand tight, the screws will loosen and let your meat sag.

  • This is quite an unexpected tool for cooking. The handle has recessed red badges that are glued together. The glue never dries and leaks out onto the handle while you were trying to use it. The glue never stops oozing out and you can't completely clean it off. Over time more will leak out and the handle is always sticky. If that's not enough whenever you wash it it's not sealed so water drips all the time even when you think that it's done dripping. The tool itself does what it says it will do but I really hate having sticky feelings on my hands and getting that sticky stop on every other thing I touch.
