  • In theory this should be a great product, however the shield that holds the tray is flimsy with very sharp edges. The "tongue" is supposed to fit into the opening to the ash reservoir but does not. My Large BGE was purchased in 2015 so perhaps the design has changed, but there are no tabs on my ceramic to accommodate the notches in the plate. This concept has such great potential and they just didn't follow through with a sturdy, easily installed product. I will say that the tray that slides into the slot seems to be sturdy but is of no use in a product that does not fit. Also, I'm not sure the tray really holds enough ash after a lengthy BBQ use like a 12 hour brisket or butt. Back to the Kick Ash can that is stainless steel, sturdy and holds plenty. Unfortunately we accidentally threw it out when we replaced the ceramic. Thought I'd give this product a try but was disappointed.

  • There’s already rust on this product behind the paint? I see the paint ever so slightly lifted. I wonder how far the rust has spread?? The product is unsafe to use. the rusted component will eventually fail and may cause a risk. Heavy fire equipment may fall down or through it with time. I tried to repack and couldn’t get it just right the same way it was packed by the manufacture. So UPS refused to pick up package. This is turning into a headache

  • I purchased this item as a gift for my father, hoping it would be a meaningful and enjoyable addition to his space. While the materials are undeniably of good quality and feel durable, the assembly process left a lot to be desired. Several parts did not align properly, and he had to modify some components by filing them down to make them fit together as seen in the photos. This was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming, especially since he (and I) expected everything to fit as advertised. It’s disappointing that something with such nice materials couldn’t deliver a seamless assembly experience. For the price, I would have expected much better quality control. My dad appreciated the thought behind the gift and he loves it, but I can’t say I’d recommend it unless you’re prepared for some DIY adjustments.

  • This set is amazing. The pieces are nice and heavy, not flimsy. The price is amazing so you can't go wrong

  • These items look nice but the skewers fell apart when we used them to grill veggies!! The glue used to hold in the handle melted and oozed all over our brand new Grille. Otherwise not a terrible product and was worth the money overall.

  • So disappointed. I had high hopes for this item, as it was to be a gift for my brother's birthday. The item came in a damaged box without a light in the tongs. In the process of returning it so I can get a replacement. Sadly I'm stuck without a gift for the party in 2 days.

The weld broke when I put the tongs on the handle. Couldn’t believe it. Barely a year old, poor quality, not purchasing Napoleon products anymore.

  • Broken. How do you break cast iron?

Great gift for anybody who loves to grill! My husband also plans to “brand” the new chairs he is building. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and plan to order more for friends! Super affordable and impressive!

  • The skewers melted and fell apart during the first use (see picture). The corn holders aren't sharp enough to stick into corn cobs. The zipper on the case also broke first use. The scraper/cleaner works well and I haven't used the rest of the kit.

  • This is not what is in the picture when you buy it and it is not a five piece set

Got the stone in late August 2020, fell in love with it immediately and have used it on steaks, fish, scallops, veggies, everything. Unfortunately, yesterday I lifted it cold from my grill and it broke into two pieces right in my hands! Have contacted company re warranty as per outdoorcooking.us.com requirements. If they get back to me and replace the stone will change my review to a glowing five stars. Stay tuned.

  • This product is high quality and has held up well with our HEAVY 12” cast iron Dutch oven on top of it.

Pros: Heavy duty grate that works well with the Weber Gourmet setup. You really get those steakhouse sear marks. I put my vortex underneath it burning kingsford, then a couple chunks of hickory stuffed in as well. Always wiped it down with some vegetable oil or olive oil. Cons: It's now mid December in the Midwest, the weather has put a dent in my Weber grilling and smoking time. Was able to fire up one of the Kettles a couple weeks ago and it started rusting. My method with this thing after has been scrub it off with the grill brush after use. Your mileage may vary.

  • Very first impression not very positive. Even quality looks good I received product without one grilling baskets and universal handle.
