  • This injection kit is of sturdy construction with 4 different sizes of stainless steel needles and cleaning brushes specifically sized for each needle. The spring loaded handle is comfortable and easy to grip and operate, and there is a detailed set of printed instructions to enable use. My nephew is the family grill guru, and he will actually be helping to test this for me. I can't wait to sample the flavor concoctions he's likely to invent, and I'll come back and post an update if we encounter any problems. Meanwhile, I'm giving this a 5-star recommendation based on the apparent quality of the kit itself.

  • These are heavy and made of fairly thick metal. They are as described, and two just barely fit my grill. The warming rack is a nice touch, increasing usable space on the grill whether for buns or keeping food hot after cooking. The handles are magnetic and fairly small, which is an interesting choice. They can be removed and it stores a bit smaller, I don’t yet know how hot they’ll get, but the hand part is plastic so even if they get warm they shouldn’t cause burns. If it store my griddle top upside down then these warming lids fit inside the case with the griddle. Overall I’m happy with them, and expect griddle pizzas and other foods requiring even heat to turn out better. Not sure if it’ll be good enough for oven foods like bread, but given how heavy they are and how tall they are then breads thicker than flatbread might be a possibility.

  • I expected this cart to be wobbly based on what it looked like and the other reviews. But I was prepared and bought extra little brackets to install on the corners to give it extra strength. It now serves my purposes just fine for the price. But if you plan to put anything heavy on it, it will be wobbly without some extra brace support.

  • 5 out of 5
We have kept this in the box in a climate controlled environment since we received it. We put it together last night. I don't mind a ding here and there, but there are marks/stains/rust on the cooking surface. Very disappointed in that. We are planning on using it tonight so I'll post an update about how it cooks.

  • Would give it 5 stars if the tong closure washer shown in the picture was not rusting badly after a few months of use. I don’t get why the manufacturer was so cheap on such as small part, which will shorten the life of a product that would be very durable otherwise. The tong, fork and spatula work well, feel sturdy, and are easy to clean.

  • The unit itself is nice, hefty stainless steel. Not heavy though. With the grate and the stone, it's still easy to lift off. The aluminum peel is very nicely made too. It's thinner than my bamboo peels, so it slides up under the pizza easier. I guess time will tell on the stone, but it looks nice. Assembly was easy with just finger-tightening of a few wing nuts, though the manual had some typos and could have been written better. I was easily able to get to 700 degrees and produced a couple great pizzas just hours after it arrived. The technique outlined in the manual really works to get your kettle screaming hot. A couple things I have learned so far: On my first attempt I used a full chimney of charcoal and let it get going really well before adding the unit and stone on top. I preheated the stone for approximately 45 minutes, then removed it and added wood chunks. I had read temperatures of 900 degrees were possible so I let it go about 15 minutes longer hoping for that but it never got over 700. My first pizza cooked in about 4 minutes at 700 degrees and was very nice. The second one, which went on right after that, took longer as the temperature was dropping as the fuel ran out. The bottom cooked great but I had to take it off before the top was where I wanted it. Lessons learned here: Preheat about 15 to 30 minutes and get the wood on. If your temperature plateaus at something a little lower than 900, just go with it. 700 is plenty good too. You want to get your pizzas cooked before the fuel runs out. Update 4/2017: I've learned a little more after a few uses. Load a full chimney and when they're going dump them out to the back. Add about 15 more coals on top, then place the KettlePizza and stone on top to preheat for 20 minutes. The stone doesn't have a lot of mass, so it's not going to benefit from a longer preheat, and you want to get the coals at their sweet spot, not as they're dying. When it's preheated, remove the insert and cover the coals with wood chunks -- that's what gets the heat up -- but don't over do it, or your fire will get so hot you'll regret it. There is such a thing as too hot and too quick. ( I did it once with a lot more wood, and the back side of the pizza burned badly in about a minute). Also, I've been placing a foil-lined Weber grate on top of the insert. I think it reduces heated air space over the pizza, and directs the heat down closer to the pizza. With this setup temperatures settle at 700 or above, which is plenty hot. They take about 3 minutes to cook this way. Also, sometimes I've been doing "doming" at the end. If the top doesn't look cooked to your satisfaction, lift the pizza off the stone toward the top of the insert. This gets the top more melted without further cooking of the bottom of the crust. All-in-all, I love this thing. There's a learning curve, but it's worth it.

  • This grill is very convenient as a temporary grilling set up. I really like the quality of it, specially for the price. I wish the legs were a little bit shorter since I normally need to raise the surface where I place the coals so I can get the temperature hot enough. The size is perfect since it can accommodate food for a large group, but it is still small and light enough to be easily transportable.

  • This was purchased as a Christmas present. The case was high quality and every utensil that you would want for grilling is included. Engraving really personalized it! Will be buying more for myself and future presents.

  • The caddy is sizeable! Used this as a raffle basket for a fundraiser and it fit SO much stuff. I think something like this would be good for camping or when grilling is ‘on the go’. The only issues I have are that the pockets aren’t very deep- deep enough to hold a medium jar of seasoning but not deep enough to keep the utensils from falling out- and the elastic ties don’t really function? They loosen but they don’t tighten to keep things from falling out. I would still buy it again.

  • I was skeptical about these and heard good reviews so got them for my Traeger 21. They changed the game. I've used them for hot dogs, hamburgers, steaks, etc. They keep the heat so they're great for searing food and leave awesome grill marks. I've found doing a reverse sear smoked steak by keeping the grill at 250 for a while, then ramping up to 400 and throwing the steaks on the grill grates gives an amazing flavor and crust. I greatly prefer these now to propane and with pellets it's far easier than charcoal. There's a special place in my heart for charcoal grilling, and this might not fill it all the way, but it's damn close.

  • This is a very comprehensive set that comes with pretty much everything I could ever think of needing for grilling. I think it's really cool that it all fits into the apron that rolls up to store it all. There are a couple of really cool features to the accessories as well. The grill mats roll up to fit into the apron. The spatula not only can be used as a spatula, but also cuts, tenderizes, and opens bottles. The tongs are very sturdy and have a mechanism that you can pull out or push in to lock and unlock them. Overall this set is impressive and I can't think of anything it doesn't have except for the food and spices. It is also very well priced for gift giving, especially father's day.

  • I am a nomad. This stove is compact and efficient. The ignighter doesn’t work, but not a problem as it’s easy to light. Doug had one of these stoves and his ignighter didn’t work either. Love this stove. Would buy again.
