The case was damaged and missing the latches. The utensils look good but it was shipped like this from the company.

So excited to be given this set to my husband for Christmas, but very disappointed when I see an item had arrived damaged/broken. I don’t want to send back this whole set for this one item. Just disappointing.
Many great tools, some no so much. The scrub brush, meat tenderizer and S/P shaker are from the dollar store. But all the tools? Sturdy and high quality. Other than issues mentioned above: I wish the melt tops had wood handles, and the burger press is advertised as cast iron, but it’s plastic. STILL WORTH THE 37$.
About as much of a 'grill' brush as a baking sheet you can't put in the oven. Basically a plastic bristled brush that poorly removes grit from grill rack. If you heat the grill up, it melts. Expected a temperature resistant non-metal brush for grilled food safety, got this instead. Was unable to return in time for refund.
The first order of this grill cart was delivered with transport damage (see photo). It was apparent right after I opened the package and took out the first part, the bottom tray. I packed it back up, initiated the return and hauled the rather heavy box to UPS. The replacement came a few days later and this time the box was undamaged. I unpacked all parts until I came to the bottom of the box and found the stainless steel top, to be bend (photos). Instead of trying to fit everything back into the box and start yet another return, I chose to assemble the cart anyway. The bend portion was difficult to align and took some blows with a mallet but it's finally done. I would have given it 2 stars but it was my choice to keep it so I left it at 3. I have a slight bend now in the top but it doesn't really matter anymore. Another really annoying thing was the protective film on the stainless top. The adhesive is stronger than the film and it took me 20 minutes and a fingernail to remove it. It would constantly rip. Lastly, the middle tray has a sticker which side is the top. Nice thought, but when I tried to remove the sticker, only half of it came off. Now I have to try with alcohol to remove the rest...
The front legs are over hanging 1/2”. Comes with plenty of hooks and shelves to put all my pizza accessories on. It rolls really easy too.
It’s a struggle on this review because the shelf and caddy are well made that part would give it a five star but attaching the shelf to the stand it sags due to a gap so it is not tight against the stand. It would be a great replacement shelf however. So the dilemma is how to sturdy the shelf up- do you try and install another set of screws and bolts to attach it directly or use the intended attachment bracket and place the right size magnets in the gap to firm up the shelf? Opted for the magnets for now but will need to see how it holds up. The other issue is the paper towel holder placement on the caddy is either too close to the griddle or hangs off the end and not useful. Opted to take it off but may try to figure out how to attach it sideways on the end of the shelf. Not sure what the three smaller holes are for on each side of the shelf- wonder if we are missing something.
After I followed seasoning instruction it warped bad and doesn’t look like the picture stainless steel this looks like some there material wow so bad

This is a fantastic piece of work that I was dying to get my hands on for my Texas BBQ! Thank you for this - will be coming back for a more expanded full set next time for sure! Got a family bbqs to prep! Update: 2 min into the 1st bbq, it got bent sideways....so sad...I was so excited for this....
I purchased this item to reduce the weight of setting up camp. I need to reduce the weight of a cast iron top on a Blackstone grill. My findings are that there is an uneven heat distribution so you need to learn how to use the surface. We soon we’re able to use this differnce to our advantage. Easy to clean. I saw reports of sharp edges - not on my model! I saw reports if the drain being too small but it seems to be adequate but the slide for the fluid container is not level with the other supports. Some genius made the base uneven so it doesn’t fit my Blackstone grill. It rocks and had to be supported by carefully placed stones. Not something I wish to do on a regular bassis. So sorry - it doesn’t work for us! So I will have to purchase a smaller grill.
This is a very handy and sturdy tool for lifting hot strainer baskets out of the stock pot after the food is cooked and needs to drain. (I have used mine for crawfish and accompanying vegetables only.) This is a much safer and way more sanitary method than using the "oar stir paddle" (which is what I used to use)to lift these heavy, hot strainer baskets. The "notch" bend in the middle of this bar keeps the basket from sliding and the bends in the ends of the bar keep your hands from sliding. This bar requires 2 people to use and allows precise handling while draining hot liquids or carrying the basket around. I also have a "King Kooker" basket draining rack that I use in conjunction with this bar to easily and cleanly drain baskets. This is a "scissor" shaped flat stainless bar device that sits over the top rim of the pot after you have lifted the basket out. The basket then sits on this rack and drains cleanly back into the pot without you having to hold it in place. (Bayou Classic should make a similar device!!) This bar is actually 42" long rather than 34" as advertised. It seems rather expensive, but it is a quality, safety, useful, "decadent man toy" item that will last forever. YOU MUST HAVE IT!!
Basket set is fine, but how can I rate it as "Giftable" when the box says "includes 3 free cleaning pads" and they are not included? I guess I can't rate it high for "easy to clean" either. This was a gift and now I am the guy that took the cleaning pads out of the box before gifting. Thanks YUKON Glory! UPDATE 8/30 - They sent me the cleaning pads and the basket set is great for grilling.
I bought this thinking it’s to make smash burgers but it has a lip around the smasher that makes it impossible to smash all the way down. Also, the metal that the spatula/flipper is made up of stays stained no matter how hard you scrub it clean. I threw out the packaging or else I would return it.
